All too often we hear from people who have been let down by their bottled water suppliers – deliveries not turning up, incorrect orders, and difficulties finding someone to speak to who can actually help when these things happen.

As an independent, family run business, at Aqualeader we value our customers and understand the importance of a reliable, customer focused approach. Large companies can lose sight of the effects of unreliability and lukewarm customer service, whereas we are proud to say we know our customer, we understand their businesses and try to listen to their needs so we can provide a service that is focused on what they want.

At Aqualeader we try to take a flexible approach, aided by the fact we deliver only in the South East of England – arranging deliveries when they are needed rather than when it suits a rigid internal schedule, and are able to adapt if necessary – and if there is a problem we aim to resolve it as swiftly as possible. Delivery in the BN postcode area is free, however if you are in another region within the South East of England and looking to order a large amount, we may be able to organise this for you – contact us to discuss your needs!
